Forest Hills Board of Education names Ayer Elementary assistant principal

During its July regular meeting, the Forest Hills Board of Education approved the recommendation of Scot T. Prebles, superintendent, to name Heather Hoelle as the new Ayer Elementary assistant principal, effective August 1. She will replace Lisa Courtney who accepted a position in West Clermont Local Schools.

Hoelle comes to Forest Hills School District from Fairfield City School District where she served as a kindergarten and second-grade teacher.  During her time at Fairfield North Elementary, Hoelle worked to improve the overall school success of the school, facilitated Professional Learning Communities and was a member of the District Leadership Team.

“Ms. Hoelle’s student-centered approaches, as well as her experiences as an instructional leader, make her a great addition to Ayer,” said Todd Hartman, Ayer principal.

Hoelle earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and her master’s degree in educational leadership from Miami University.
